Neva blouse is a sophisticated choice for a day at the office as well as for evenings alike. Cut from hálo’s own signature tone-to-tone Neva jacquard, this blouse has a gathered neckline and cuffs enhanced with ruffles. The piece falls beautifully to a slightly curved hem that can be tucked in for a sharp outcome.
